FAQ

Please send us an inquiry via our contact page. Our team will review your request and respond to your inquiry between 24-48 upon submission to go over and confirm the details of your event. From there, we will send you a unique proposal with pricing based on your celebration, number of guests, theme of choice + more.

When ready to book we will send an invoice – 50% is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 72 hours prior to the event.

Once details have been confirmed, you will receive our contract with the invoice to be reviewed and signed.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

Cancellation

You may request to cancel 07 days prior to the scheduled
date of the event. All approved canceled bookings will be refunded any payment made in advance excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit fee. Unfortunately, cancellation requests made in less than 14 days of the scheduled date of the event and/or no shows are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. All rescheduled events must be scheduled for a new date of up to 3 months from the originally scheduled date of the event. Please note that new dates are solely based upon availability. Last minute requests to reschedule are subject to a 10% penalty fee of the total amount and we cannot guarantee availability.

Since we cannot predict nor control the weather conditions on the day of your event, all efforts to accommodate for adverse weather conditions will be made accordingly.

We will notify you if we feel that the weather will negatively impact your picnic experience and provide alternative options like rescheduling and/or relocating the event indoors at no cost since safety is our main priority and we want you to have the best experience.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to the weather.

We do not provide food but we are more them happy ro give some recommendation.  

You will have the option to add additional time in advance at $25/each additional 30 minutes and $50/each additional hour.

However, if you would like to extend your time during your picnic, there is a premium fee of $50/each additional 30 minutes and $100/each additional hour and we cannot guarantee approval of your same day request if there is a scheduling conflict or time constraint.

Miami-Dade and Broward have strict ordinances agains public drinking . We are not
responsible for guests actions, fines or liability during or after the Picnic.
