Please send us an inquiry via our contact page. Our team will review your request and respond to your inquiry between 24-48 upon submission to go over and confirm the details of your event. From there, we will send you a unique proposal with pricing based on your celebration, number of guests, theme of choice + more.<\/p>

When ready to book we will send an invoice – 50% is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 72 hours prior to the event.<\/p>

Once details have been confirmed, you will receive our contract with the invoice to be reviewed and signed.<\/p>

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

You may request to cancel 07 days prior to the scheduled
date of the event. All approved canceled bookings will be refunded any payment made in advance excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit fee. Unfortunately, cancellation requests made in less than 14 days of the scheduled date of the event and\/or no shows are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>

Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>

You may request to reschedule no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. All rescheduled events must be scheduled for a new date of up to 3 months from the originally scheduled date of the event. Please note that new dates are solely based upon availability. Last minute requests to reschedule are subject to a 10% penalty fee of the total amount and we cannot guarantee availability.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Since we cannot predict nor control the weather conditions on the day of your event, all efforts to accommodate for adverse weather conditions will be made accordingly.<\/p>

We will notify you if we feel that the weather will negatively impact your picnic experience and provide alternative options like rescheduling and\/or relocating the event indoors at no cost since safety is our main priority and we want you to have the best experience.<\/p>

We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to the weather.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You will have the option to add additional time in advance at $25\/each additional 30 minutes and $50\/each additional hour.<\/p>

However, if you would like to extend your time during your picnic, there is a premium fee of $50\/each additional 30 minutes and $100\/each additional hour and we cannot guarantee approval of your same day request if there is a scheduling conflict or time constraint.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
